Real Support for Real-Life Struggles

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or simply not quite yourself — therapy offers a space to slow down, unpack what’s going on, and start moving forward again.

At JSN Therapy, I work with people navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, OCD, addiction, and more. Sometimes that means unpicking the past, sometimes it means managing the here and now. Often, it's both. Together, we’ll find the pace and approach that works best for you.

What to Expect

We’ll talk openly, without jargon or judgement. No ticking boxes, no pressure to perform.

Support that fits your life.
Whether you're a fast thinker, easily overstimulated, or just not sure where to start — we'll work in a way that suits your energy, your needs, and your goals.

Sessions shaped around you.
Some clients come for weekly therapy, others check in as needed. We can work short-term, long-term, or somewhere in between.

Is therapy right for you?

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Maybe you're:

  • Feeling anxious or on edge

  • Struggling to switch off or stay focused

  • Going through a difficult life change or relationship issue

  • Battling inner critics, low motivation, or burnout

  • Looking to better understand yourself

Whatever it is — you’re welcome here.

Reconnect. Repair. Rebuild.

Every relationship faces challenges — whether it's about communication, trust, intimacy, or simply feeling disconnected. Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, speak honestly, and understand one another more deeply.

At JSN Therapy, I work with couples of all backgrounds, helping you both feel heard, respected, and supported as we work through what’s getting in the way.

What to Expect

Neutral ground for difficult conversations
Therapy gives you space to talk openly — without blame or judgement — and start building new ways of relating.

Tailored tools for your dynamic
Every couple is different. Whether you're navigating parenting, past hurts, or sexual issues, we'll use strategies that suit you both.

Progress at your pace
Some couples come for short-term sessions around a specific issue, others for deeper, ongoing work.

When to Consider Couples Therapy

  • Communication often leads to conflict or shutdown

  • You feel distant, resentful, or stuck in cycles

  • There's been a breach of trust or change in intimacy

  • You want to reconnect — but don’t know where to start

You don’t need to be on the brink to begin. You just need to be open to trying.

Shared Struggles. Collective Strength.

Group therapy brings people together to explore life’s challenges in a safe, facilitated space. You’ll learn not only from your own reflections but through hearing others’ stories — often discovering you’re not as alone as you might feel.

Groups at JSN Therapy are carefully structured, with clear ground rules, and guided by themes such as anxiety, ADHD, relationships, or emotional regulation.

What to Expect

A welcoming, respectful environment
Every voice matters — but you’ll never be forced to speak before you're ready.

Therapeutic guidance and structure
Sessions combine open discussion with light psychoeducation, grounding exercises, or focus topics.

Growth through connection
Many clients find group work accelerates progress, offering perspective and a strong sense of belonging.

What group sessions do we offer?

What group sessions do we offer?

Fast Minds, Calm Systems Group

Focus:

Life with ADHD traits, fast thinking, overwhelm, and mental burnout

What happens:

This group is designed for people who process life quickly — often too quickly. Whether diagnosed with ADHD or not, members explore how fast-paced thoughts, emotional intensity, and inconsistency affect their daily lives and relationships. We slow things down together and work on self-acceptance, focus, and healthy structure.

Therapeutic goal:

To reduce inner chaos, feel more in control, and build consistent internal systems through shared insight and support.

Commonly used for:

ADHD traits, overthinking, burnout, emotional dysregulation, impulsivity

Structure:

Ongoing, weekly sessions (1.5 hours), with a minimum 4-month commitment.

Men’s Mental Health & Anxiety Group

Focus:

Masculinity, stress, identity, emotional pressure, and coping with anxiety

What happens:

This group offers a confidential space for men to talk openly about mental health, emotional overwhelm, and internal pressure — without judgement or performance. Together, members explore how anxiety shows up, where it comes from, and how to relate to it differently. Sessions are guided by process, reflection, and shared experience.

Therapeutic goal:

To build emotional fluency, reduce isolation, and support men in relating more openly to themselves and others.

Commonly used for:

Generalised anxiety, emotional shutdown, work/life stress, anger, and self-worth issues

Structure:

Ongoing, weekly sessions (1.5 hours), with a minimum 4-month commitment.

Addiction & Recovery Group

Focus:

The emotional and relational patterns behind addictive behaviours

What happens:

This group supports individuals at any stage of recovery to explore the deeper emotional and relational issues tied to addiction. It’s not a 12-step programme — instead, it’s a process-based group where members reflect on triggers, patterns, needs, and shame in a relational setting.

Therapeutic goal:

To reduce shame, deepen self-understanding, and support longer-term recovery through insight and connection.

Commonly used for:

Substance misuse, compulsive behaviours, relapse prevention, emotional dependency

Structure:

Ongoing, weekly sessions (1.5 hours), with a minimum 4-month commitment.

Interpersonal Process Group

Focus:

Relationships, communication, and in-the-moment emotional experience

What happens:

A small group of individuals meet weekly to explore their feelings, relational dynamics, and personal struggles in a supportive environment. The therapist facilitates honest, respectful dialogue and encourages reflection on how members relate to themselves and others — both inside and outside the group.

Therapeutic goal:

To increase emotional awareness, improve relational patterns, and develop deeper self-understanding through connection with others.

Commonly used for:

Depression, anxiety, low self-worth, trauma, isolation, and relational difficulties

Structure:

Ongoing, weekly sessions (1.5 hours), small group format (6–8 people). Open-ended duration we normally ask for at least a 6-month commitment.
